Resolve "Table on Failed Jobs tab is overflowing in IE11 and sm screens"

What does this MR do?

Solves a UI issue introduced in a redesigned Failed Jobs tab done in 11.0

In small screens, using IE11, the Failed Jobs tab overflows the parent's container.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Just testing it out.

#47679 (closed) it's a UI bug.
