Remove RevList class

Zeger-Jan van de Weg requested to merge zj-gitlab/gitlab-ce:zj-rev-list-removal into master

Remove the wrapper class around git-rev-list as shelling out is verboten now. On the CE side, I don't expect much trouble. EE we'll have to see.
