Update the cloud-native trigger call in the UI

What does this MR do?

Updates the cloud native script to use the combined trigger script merged in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/19837

Why was this MR needed?

This update was missed in the previous MR, and as a result this job failed for the 11.1.0-rc1 and rc2 tags.
