Feature backported to CE in 11.5, not 10.7

What does this MR do?

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/22522, a version number relevant to EE was added to a table in CE docs.

This MR fixes that table. The feature was back ported from EE to CE in 11.5 of CE.
