Docs: Realign several CE docs that diverged from EE unnecessarily
What does this MR do?
This is the first MR in my personal project of finding the CE docs that have diverged from their EE counterparts. By aligning them, there will be fewer ee_compat_check
fails when these docs are edited, and less ports to EE needed.
This first batch contains docs from /doc/administration
and /doc/api
(plus one that was just missing a newline). They all seem to have diverged when a Doc was changed in the EE Repo, but it was not EE-Only content, and the change should have been back-ported to CE.
The fact that this MR passed ee_compat_check
and does not need an EE Port seems to indicate that it properly puts the docs back in sync.
