Update to GitLab Shell v9.3.0
What does this MR do?
Update to gitlab-shell v9.3.0 in time for GitLab 12.0
This includes golang versions of every gitlab-shell function, disabled by default. They can be enabled through feature flags in the gitlab-shell config file.
