Resolve "The process start time is invalid"
What does this MR do?
Previously ruby_process_start_time_seconds
was using the seconds elapsed from boot time. This makes it so we use epoch time. It also makes it so we read the time via Time.now.to_i
on the ruby sampler initialization instead of parsing it from proc/self/stat
.
