Order projects by name in the "Move issue" dropdown
What does this MR do?
It orders projects by its name when listing them in the dropdown. Because we return only first 20 projects in the list. This assures that exact matches are prioritized in the list of returned projects which is important because we don't support pagination for autocompletion (probably for performance reasons) and when we ordered results by ID, exact matches might not be included in the list.
It also removes pagination from backend code (offset_id
parameter) because this is not used anywhere. It seems frontend dropped usage of this parameter in commit 90c60138
