Resolve flaky spec in user_edits_snippet_spec.rb

What does this MR do?

Fixes flaky spec checking for the src of an image in the snippet description.

This was due to the spec reading the lazy-loading placeholder instead.

This MR changes the spec to wait for the lazy-loader to replace the image.
