Replace static fixture for behaviors/requires_input_spec.js

What does this MR do?

Use the already existing dynamic fixture branches/new_branch.html.raw (!9131 (merged)) in behaviors/requires_input_spec.js instead of the static fixture behaviors/requires_input.html.haml.
