Improve testcase issue titles

Uses more concise paths in the titles because some of the text included before was not necessary.

Also adds Enterprise Edition to EE tests.

Here's a couple of examples of issues created using this change:

• An EE test: mlapierre-test/testcases-test#498
• If it were a CE test: mlapierre-test/testcases-test#499

This change shouldn't to be merged and released until a script is ready to update the current issue titles.
