Update GitLab component with a new variable used for the formless login mechanism

This env will be used for a faster (formless) login mechanism.

See gitlab#27271 and gitlab!27788 (closed).

The following jobs prove that the formless login mechanism works since they were executed based on the release of gitlab!27788 (closed), where I manually triggered the gitlab-qa pipeline, setting the GITLAB_QA_FORMLESS_LOGIN_TOKEN, and the updated test (mentions another user in an issue) passed:
