Fixes an issue where we are referencing an invalid anchor in our CI yaml definitions in pipelines like this:

Trigger failed! The response from the trigger is: Unprocessable Entity: {"message":{"base":["ce:object_storage_registry_tls: unknown keys in `extends` (.ce-qa)"]}}
