Expose Code coverage report artifact

Why was this MR needed?

Expose the coverage artifact so it's linked inside of the merge request UI https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/#artifactsexpose_as

This will make it easier for maintainers/developers see the code coverage.
