What does this MR do?

  • Change the text description in the available metrics example code block for gitlab_runner_limit from "the current value of concurrent setting" to "the current value of limit setting"

The text displayed when a user queries the runner metrics endpoint should also be changed as it currently returns, gitlab_runner_limit The current value of concurrent setting
