Trigger UBI images build also from security fork

What does this MR do?

Updates our pipeline configuration so that UBI images pipelines are triggered also from the security fork.

Why was this MR needed?

UBI images should be built for every release that we maintain, which includes the Bleeding Edge (built from main after each merge), RC tags and stable tags. This works when releases are made in the main fork.

However, if the release is triggered from the security repo (which is the case for security releases, that are handled and done in a private project and published after the release is available and announced) - it doesn't.

This MR will fix that behavior.
