What does this MR do?
CTRT updates for The Docker executor:
- Paired down the language.
- Page restructure:
- Moved Windows support section to end of page.
- Moved 'Docker workflow' to start of page.
- Added heading for 'Supported configurations'
- Merged 'the image keyword' and 'the services keyword' sections into the configuration section.
- New small section about adding docker executor to toml and added a sample configuration.
