What does this MR do?

Collapse built in sections by default

This greatly improves the readability of the logs, especially if you have a lot of submodules.

Why was this MR needed?

Log output is too verbose otherwise.

What's the best way to test this MR?

Patch gitlab runner and run a CI through it I guess.
