Remove the GitLab Hosted Runners as an example of security risks with DIND

Why was this MR needed?

In responding to a customer question regarding the use of DinD on GitLab.com compared to runners on K8s, I noticed that this content mischaracterizes the security profile of GitLab-hosted Linux runners.

At the very least, this content is confusing and inconsistent with the security description offered in the security section of the GitLab-hosted runner's docs page.
