feat(Buttons): Docs and examples for alignment and order

Update Pajamas with button alignment and order documentation and provide contextual visual examples.

This hopes to provide clarity on decisions based on the discussion in gitlab-org/gitlab-design#1019 (closed) and related issues linked in #729 (comment 429551742).
