chore: migrate GitLab UI examples

Paul Gascou-Vaillancourt requested to merge migrate-gui-examples into main

Sync Pajamas' examples with latest GitLab UI changes. This is done now because we're ready to start actually removing examples from GitLab UI, so we want to make that we have all the latest changes backed up here.
