feat(daterangePicker): Add daterange indicator usage
What does this MR do?
Some daterange pickers (example) are constrained on the number of days that can be selected. This change documents using the daterange indicator
(not a GitLab UI component yet gitlab-org/gitlab#335357 (closed)) as way to communicate this restriction to users.
