feat(Form): Improve UI text criteria

In recent quarters, the Technical Writing team had an OKR to review and edit the UI text of the following settings:

  • Admin Area settings
  • Group settings
  • Project settings

The criteria applied throughout that OKR can be found in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ecosystem-stage/team-tasks/-/issues/108.

This MR adds to the Pajamas docs those criteria which are not already documented.
