feat(Label): clarify behaviour on a view that can be filtered
What does this MR do?
The MR clarifies that when clicking a label you don't need to navigate to a different view if the current view can be filtered.
For example, when clicking a label on the roadmap view, the user should remain on the roadmap but filtered by that label. gitlab-org/gitlab!110989 (comment 1269595729)
Existing wording made it seem like you had to navigate to a list view.
