feat(Forms): Remove disable submit example
What does this MR do?
Follow-up to discussion in gitlab-org/gitlab-ui!3846 (comment 1711041055). The change removes an example that leaves the door open for a user to get stuck in an edit state without being able to do anything to complete it. Adjusts the language to use active voice and replaces the word click
with select
per our recommended word list.
