Add scenario of promoting features in accordion
What does this MR do?
Add scenario of promoting features in accordion under "Visual cues".
It is a valid scenario of group features in an accordion but when doing so we should but the badge on the feature rather than the accordion itself. Because if there is a popover on the badge then it becomes and interaction problem with the accordion. Also by placing the badges on the specific feature it is related closer to the feature and would allow for flexibility in the different combination of feature promotions between on/off/beta/experiment.
