Add manual upload tracking

To reproduce locally:

  1. Set up the analytics devkit or analytics-stack
  2. Set up a project with them, and assign appropriate BROWSER_SDK_HOST and BROWSER_SDK_APP_ID values.
  3. Try to trigger the new events by uploading files in the usage_data/new view on Version app
  4. The triggered events should be visible in Clickhouse
