Recreate background migration with correct table

Lukas Eipert requested to merge leipert-fix-hosts-migration into main

PruneUnwantedHostRecords used a wrong table current_hosts when it should have been using current_host_stats. This makes PruneUnwantedHostRecords a noop and recreates it as PruneUnwantedHostRecordsV2 with the correct table.
