Improve lint error reporting

Similar to Improve the `workhorse:verify` CI job use and p... (gitlab!154066 - merged), this MR aims to accept the known linter errors in support/lint_last_known_acceptable.txt and any new ones will fail the the lint CI job.

The idea is that by having support/lint_last_known_acceptable.txt, we have a list of linter errors to chip away at whilst also ensuring no new errors appear 🙏
