WIP: feat(Markdown): Add markdown component.

We currently do not have a markdown component and would like to encapsulate it as part of our component library.

1. Seek guidance on the correct approach for the style sheet migration i..e variables, font-awesome icons and tables.
2. Write correct test cases
3. Investigate html sanitation
