Disable visual integration tests job temporarily. Currently, the GitLab UI CSS included in application.css overwrites the GitLab UI CSS coming from the GitLab UI repository. This change was introduced in !1280 (merged) and it has become a blocker to release other GitLab UI features.

There is ongoing work to address the problem of including application.css in GitLab UI respecting the order of styles. In the meanwhile, this MR will unblock work in other areas.
