docs(GlInfiniteScroll): improve main story

What does this MR do?

The GlInfiniteScroll component's story now matches its basic example which better showcases real-life usage of that component.

The main difference is that the updated story now simulates API requests by adding new items after a short delay when the bottom is reached.
