feat(SingleStat): Integrate animated-number
What does this MR do?
This MR adds the animated number component to the single stat component. In order to keep this MR small, I merged the animated number component separately in !2142 (merged)
This component can be accessed at <host>/?path=/story/charts-single-stat--default
