fix(GlFilteredSearch): cursorPosition prop not required

What does this MR do?

To allow direct use of GlFilteredSearchToken, GlFilteredSearchTerm and GlFilteredSearchToken in GitLab without console warnings, this makes their cursorPosition prop not required.

Currently this causes some warnings in GitLab under certain use cases (this MR fixes the warning):

Formatting changes unrelated to this props were done by Prettier.
