feat(color): Update $gray-10 from #fafafa to #f5f5f5

What does this MR do?

Why

We updated $gray-10 to use the new #f5f5f5 instead of #fafafa.
This MR will update $gray-10 to use the new #f5f5f5 value in GitLab UI.

This is a follow-up to gitlab-org/gitlab-services/design.gitlab.com#1369 (closed) & gitlab-org/gitlab-services/design.gitlab.com!2892 (merged)
