Add opt in multiple avatars on breadcrumbs

What does this MR do?

Allow multiple avatars within Breadcrumbs. This MR changes the way avatars are passed to the component, it will break if the avatar is passed as a slot. Avatar slot will no longer be in use.

I have checked and on GitLab we do not have any instances of passing the avatar as a slot so it won't affect GitLab.
