refactor: Updated imports for Duo component

What does this MR do?

The MR updates the imports for components from src/index to directly import the corresponding Vue components.

This is to avoid some "magical" behavior in the tests, when something either hoists, or caches, or does something else (still to be identified) which might make some of the imports undefined in the context of the tests.

Accessibility

If this MR adds or modifies a component, take a few moments to review the following:

  • All content is presented in text or with a text equivalent. For example, alt text for SVG, or aria-label for icons that have meaning or perform actions.
