chore: Links the "gitlab-ui" button to the project page

Sam Beckham requested to merge project-link-url into master

Currently, the button in the top left corner of the page links to the Storybook repo on Github.

This MR updates the config so we link to the project page for GitLab UI instead.

It's a small change, but it was bugging me.
