docs: document changes to the sidebar and MR diff

This MR updates the outdated sidebar docs with the the initial MR Review implementation from #263 (closed)

The GIF is going to get updated everywhere immediately after merging this MR. The text will get updated only in this project README. The extension page will get updated once we release another version.

Here is the same GIF as the one included in the MR. Just a bit larger and less compressed:
