Revert "Merge branch '1318-add-user-configuref-CS-languages' into 'main'"

We introduced user-configured languages for Code Suggestions in this MR !1558 (merged). Post-merge it was noticed that for the cases when the LS is disabled, the Code Suggestions for custom languages are not working even though the Status Bar icon is enabled. Let's revert the change until the issue is fixed
