feat: add documentation and forum links the the quick pick menu

Description

This MR contributes to the Quick Pick menu, which can be triggered via the status bar icon.

In this iteration we add links to the Documentation and GitLab Forum.

Apart from the tests that were added in this MR, I've also tested the changes locally.
