What does this MR do and why?

Merging Update tools injector image (gitlab!156918 - merged) marks the beginning of depending on the GitLab-workspaces-tools repo for the tools injector image. As a result, the build published by this repo's CI is not needed and would possibly be missing additional tooling that the GitLab-workspaces-tools repo will include. This MR cleans up build scripts, Dockerfiles, CI jobs and documentation relating to the tools injector.

MR acceptance checklist

  • Remove scripts, CI jobs and Dockerfiles that are associated with building and publishing the tools injector
  • Cleanup any documentation that references the tools-injector build and publish process
