chore: Remove trailing slash from default web-ide config

Real OAuth and tokens set instanceUrl without trailing slash so by removing it from defaults we make dev experience more consistent with real world.

Readme suggests URL without trailing slash https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-web-ide#for-client-only-webide too.
