Update list of aliases in eslintrc.yml

The following discussion from !74305 (merged) should be addressed:

  suggestion (non-blocking): It looks like we also list out aliases like this in .eslintrc.yml. We might want to consider updating this to avoid some unexpected eslint inconveniences.

  I'm fine if we also want to just create a follow-up issue for this 👍
