Update E2E guide to include product_group tag

Adds an extra step in Beginner’s guide to writing end-to-end tests to include product_group metadata tag. This is needed to match the test with the right SET DRI in case of failure. Part of gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering/team-tasks#1284 (closed)
