Introduce a new feature flag

  • Hides the OAuth sign-in button on the app settings page

[Feature flag] Enable self-managed sign in flow... (#359940 - closed)

  • Hides the jira_connect_application_key application setting
  • Hides the api/v4/integrations/jira_connect/subscriptions endpoint
  • Hides the /-/jira_connect/oauth_application_id endpoint

New feature flag : #377679 (closed)

  • Hides the self-managed instance_url setting on the app settings page
