What does this MR do and why?

Converts Datadog integration to use DSL fields as a par of the &7652

How to set up and validate locally

No functional changes. Open the integration form and compare before/after, everything should still look the same.

  1. Activate the DataDog integration on the group and project level with custom settings.
  2. Try to use Default settings on the project level
  3. Validate that integration works correctly
