ci: Include bridge jobs in failed pipeline notification

What does this MR do and why?

Bridge jobs aren't returned in the /jobs API endpoint by default (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/jobs.html#list-pipeline-jobs) so we need to explicitly gather bridge jobs.
