Chore: add entry for password expiration partial

What does this MR do and why?

This is a feature that will only be implemented on Jihu, we need an entry for rendering this under account_and_limit.

Note that this addition will not affect any code on both CE and EE, it will only be used by Jihu since CE or EE do not have this partial.
