Cleanup admin/subscription page tables

What does this MR do and why?

Remove some redundant classes used to reset the table's head which are now no longer needed. Also clean up some code to make the table align better with its Pajamas component.

Go to Admin > Subscription. For example, http://127.0.0.1:3000/admin/subscription.
